Envac's Pneumatic Waste Collection System enables vehicle free solid waste collection from residential towers, villas and retail areas across the site at a low operational cost.

The Pearl of Qatar is a free hold real estate development built on reclaimed land north of Doha city centre. The mixed use development is designed to accommodate approximately 42,000 residents and up to 300,000 annual visitors.

Envac’s four systems collect waste via 400 inlet points from residential apartments, hotels, villas & theme based residential zones, retail shops, restaurants, and public areas. As one of Envac’s largest installations this system is an excellent example of how a pneumatic waste collection system can be incorporated into a large scale master planned development.
