The Jamsil Sigma Tower building has 84 luxury apartments, the comprising 300 m2.

The building consists of offices, from Floor 1 to Floor 10, and residential apartments from Floor 11 to Floor 30.

2 separate pipes of 400 stainless steel were used for this project.

The Envac system collects organic and incinerable waste.
