A new downtown center for this upscale city near Indianapolis, capitol of Indiana, with 1 million sq. feet of mixed-use development includes luxurious residences, premiere office suites, hotel, fine dining, retail, plazas and cultural venues, started being developed in 2007.
Developers began installation of a new ENVAC Pneumatic Trash Collection System during construction of the first phase.
With the first phase of construction completed, Pedcor, the developer, envisions continuing the system’s installation into later phases, like the Nash building pictured above.
The Nash building is a mixed use building with parking, retail shops and apartments.
The flexibility of ENVAC systems allow for phased installation and operations, helping to amortize installation costs and making operations more cost effective when critical mass of population is reached.
