The winners for the 2010 Awards for Excellence in Recycling and Waste Management, organised by letsrecycle.com, were announced at a gala event at the Landmark Hotel in Central London on May 5.
Envac UK Ltd and Quintain Estates and Development PLC were jointly nominated in two categories, and came out winners in the category ‘Waste Management Initiative in the Commercial and Public Sector’ for the installation of the Envac system at Quintain’s Wembley City development. The judges particularly commended the very high rates of recycling being achieved at Wembley City.
