If there ever is a blockage in the pipe, it is most likely caused by an obstacle too large for the system. It is important to make sure that the users are well-informed about what what can be disposed off in the vacuum system and what not.

From our expericene we can tell that the more the users know about how the system works, what waste streams that are handled, where to dispose off the other waste streams etc, the better the system will perform in that area. We always recommend that information packages about the system is prepared and communicated to the users.

Another reason to prepare pedagogical information is to increase the recycling rate. The users must understand why they should recycle and have full confidence in the recycling system and the contribution they make to the environment. Introducing a new technology is often an ideal possibility to change people’s behaviour.
