Envac has 50 years of experience of operating and maintaining vacuum systems in many different kinds of developments and countries. Our service technicians get special in-house on the systems. When we take care of a system we guarantee a longer system life time as wear and tear is kept to a minimum. The end result is a decreased total cost for the vacuum system.

O&M contracts

We have several different levels of O&M contracts. The scope of the contracts varies from country to country. The levels range from basic to long-term full service contracts. A typical basic level contract comprehends: monthly and six-months preventive maintenance and repairs, valve room maintenance, monitoring of operations and operational supervision.

Operational supervision

The supervision is performed in different ways in different countries. In Scandinavia most systems are monitored from a remote control system in the O&M head quarter in Stockholm, Sweden. There is on-duty staff available 365 days a year. Most of the alarms can be settled right from the control room and if not they are taken care of on site. There is no O&M staff stationed in the plants.

In other countries the O&M operation is organised the other way around. The contracted plants are manned with a service technician, permanent in one plant or circulating between a couple of them.
