Mobile vacuum systems were developed in the late 1980s, primarily for small and medium-sized areas. The third generation of mobile vacuum systems – Movac – has a greater capacity than its predecessors. Movac is a particularly cost-effective, user friendly, environmentally friendly waste handling system for urban environments and suburban areas compared with other mobile collection systems.

Faster, quieter, greater capacity

Envac mobile systems store waste in storage tanks which are emptied regularly by vacuum trucks at special docking stations. The third generation of mobile vacuum systems – Movac – has a greater capacity than its predecessors. This increase in capacity is due to the new, larger vacuum trucks and the new type of screw tanks which allow emptying to take place more quietly and more quickly.

Reduced collection costs and a better environment

When an Envac system is installed, the need for heavy waste transportation in the area is reduced by up to 90 % due to the fact that waste collection takes place using major through routes. Faster collection and a reduction in the amount of manpower and driving required, combined with high capacity, all help to reduce collection costs and enhance our environment.

Bigger pipes for bigger waste bags

The increased pipe diameter (Ø 400 mm) now permits use of waste bags up to 60 litres. This means that the system can also be used in restaurants and shops. An advanced card reader system can be used to identify different users, so allowing individual waste handling charges to be levied.
