The project

Godeok Gracium (Housing Reconstruction Project of Godeok Jugong 2-danji) is the largest reconstruction project of Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu in Seoul, Korea.

Formerly an old low-rise apartment complex, the area has been reborn as an eco-friendly residential complex, with 4,900 households.

Daewoo E&C, Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., and SK Engineering & Construction Co. Consortium presents a futuristic yet eco-friendly area with luxury apartments with 35 floors above the ground, 53 buildings, and 4 to 323 households.

Gracium is directly connected to the subway station for the convenience of the residents. Community space design plans have been developed through resident’s representatives’ meeting with the public architect of Gangdong-gu Office.
