Envac AB is pleased to announce the appointment of Vibhor Agarwal as Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Managing Director (MD) for the Region of Greater China, Southeast Asia and India, effective July 1, 2025.
Vibhor will be based in Envac’s Singapore office and report directly to Dr. Aiying Wang, Regional President & CEO. His dual-role appointment reflects Envac’s strategic commitment to expanding its market presence across Asia, unlocking regional potential, and accelerating contributions toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Strengthening leadership across Asia
With over 25 years of experience in design, construction, and infrastructure, Vibhor has held senior leadership roles at Surbana Jurong and Asia Infrastructure Solutions (formerly Arcadis), where he most recently served as Executive Director. His leadership in building high-performing teams, launching new business lines, and securing over 40% market share for the Housing Development BOARD of Singapore demonstrates a proven track record of strategic growth and operational excellence.
Vibhor holds an architecture degree and several industry certifications, including Professional Project Director accreditation from the Society of Project Managers (Singapore). He has received multiple industry accolades, including PMI Singapore Project of the Year (2023 & 2024) and RICS Southeast Asia Finalist—Construction Professional of the Year 2023.
