Envac is thrilled to announce our exciting partnership with Five Luxe Hotel, a truly innovative and inspiring hotel project located in Dubai’s bustling Jumeirah Beach Residence area. As a benchmark for sustainable architecture and a model of comfort, this hotel offers guests a sophisticated and tranquil experience. Envac is proud to have been selected to provide our advanced waste collection system to this impressive establishment, marking our second collaboration with the esteemed Five Hotels Group after our successful project at the Five JVC in Dubai. Our cutting-edge technology has been specifically designed to collect waste from the luxury residential tower Sensoria and the floating entertainment space, Lio, that will host a wide range of events. We are confident that our partnership with Five Luxe Hotel will be a resounding success.

Envac has designed a pneumatic collection system for the Five Luxe Hotel, collecting 1.9 tonnes of organic, general, and mixed waste daily. The system will consist of a network of pipes, 600 metres in total length, with 372 underground and the remainder suspended.

The Five Luxe Hotel has state-of-the-art sustainable facilities that include greywater treatment, solar water heating, efficient glazing, and daylight sensors. Efficient glazing has a low U-value, which measures heat gain or loss through a material.

The Five Luxe Hotel in Dubai sets the standard for sustainable architecture and comfort, thanks to its state-of-the-art facilities and Envac’s automated waste collection system. We are proud to partner with them, and our dedicated team is working round the clock to provide the best user-friendly solution to improve the recycling rate.
