About Arnhem

In Arnhem, Envac provides operation and maintenance services for a modern Envac 500 system under an O&M contract. The client benefits from a structured and cost‑efficient maintenance programme with defined service intervals, while day‑to‑day operation is managed locally.

Two‑fraction system for a growing city

The installation in Arnhem is a two‑fraction Envac 500 system serving both residential and commercial users. The system includes:

  • 2 cyclones with integrated waste compactors
  • 23 inlets distributed over 7 inlet locations

The result is a cleaner and more attractive urban environment, with reduced heavy traffic for waste collection and an improved working environment for staff.

O&M: secure, optimised daily operations

In Arnhem, the O&M scope includes:

  • Planned, preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules
  • Troubleshooting and repairs when required
  • Optimisation of operating hours and system settings to reduce energy consumption and wear
  • Advisory support for future adaptations and system changes

The client retains flexibility in how major investments and multi‑year component replacements are managed, while Envac provides specialist know‑how, spare parts supply and deep system knowledge.

Ready for continued expansion

The Arnhem system is designed to be expanded with additional inlet locations and users. The existing infrastructure and Envac’s O&M support make it straightforward to scale the solution in line with new developments and newly connected properties.
